1. Who we are
This website is run by Dynamic Electric, electrical installations, Vari, Attica, Greece. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. What data we collect
- Quote request form: full name, phone number, email (optional), the service you choose, your message, the page language, the date and your IP address (used only to protect the form from abuse).
- Phone, email, Viber or WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send us, for example your number, messages or photos of a fault.
- Technical data: like every web server, our hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, page visited, time) for security and to keep the site running.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and prepare a quote: steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To carry out the work you assign to us: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the website and form secure and prevent spam: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To meet our tax and accounting obligations when we carry out work: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Who has access to your data
Only us. We use Hostinger as the hosting and email provider for this website, and it processes the data on our behalf. If you contact us on Viber or WhatsApp, the terms and privacy policies of those apps also apply. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
- Requests that do not lead to work: for up to 2 years, then deleted.
- When we carry out work for you: for as long as Greek tax law requires.
- Technical logs: for the period set by the hosting provider.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email info@dynamicelectric.gr. We reply within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority: www.dpa.gr.
7. Security
The website runs only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form requests are stored in a private area of the server that is not accessible from the internet, and only we can access them.
8. Third-party services and links
- Google Maps: the map on the Contact page loads only if you allow it in the cookie settings or click “Show map”. Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.
- Facebook, Instagram, Viber, WhatsApp: our links open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
9. Changes
We may update this policy, for example if we add a new service to the website. The current version is always on this page, with its update date.
